DIRECTION:

– Chop up some mint leaves; mix with slivered or chopped pistachios + dried currants

SUGGESTIONS:

  • Sprinkle as much as you like on your favorite fruit salad
  • Toast up your favorite bread and cheese and top it with the mixture
  • Sprinkle generously on your oatmeal and add a special twist to your breakfast
  • Cook eggs to your liking (boiled, scrambled, sunny side up or poached) and top it with the herb mixture
  • Mix with your favorite yogurt
